To the creator: Congratulations on this beautiful website, and on returning so many hundreds of sets of medals to their rightful owners. I myself an looking for medals on both my mother and father's side; G. Webb and A. Webb (brothers, France) and Pte. James Coverlid (Gallipoli), so i can understand the anguish of loosing medals seemingly forever. I know how important these medals are to families, and wish to thank you for creating such a cause. You are truly a hero, and deserve a medal yourself.

Thank you for the return of my father's WWII medals, which were stolen and eventually returned to the Defence Deptartment and then lostmedalsaustralia.com. This is a valuable service you provide for retrieving lost family history.

Glyn, I was so happy when you returned to me recently a WW1 medal of my fathers (John Jones). I assume it spend a lot of money researching medals and returning them to their families. I would like to compensate you in some small way for your outlays. Does Lost Medals Australia accept donations?

I am trying to locate WW1 service medals for my great uncle, Pte Willam CULLEN 623, of 31st Infantry Battalion, killed in action at Fromelles on 19/20 July 1916. His medals sent to his father after war, and possibly retained by his step-mother's family (Jessie Thompson/McHugh/Cullen, her daughter Jessie Lewis, and Lewis grandchildren).

I have in my possession a medal awarded in 1865 by the royal humane society in South Australia,, It's a bravery award for a daring sea rescue.. It is in Exceptional condition witha hand written account of what happened. I discovered it whilst renovating an old table i purchased.. It has been secreted there for 150 years.. I am aware of who it was awarded to as the engraving is faultless.. If some one can give me more details as to the rightful owner(s) I would br gratefull
